Your tasks:

Analysis and control of the global agency business through regular quantitative and qualitative evaluations for on-boarding, contract renewal and to ensure internal and external requirements are met
Further implementation and development of the agency assessment
Continuous optimisation of the internal control systems and processes in place
Cooperation and exchange of experience with the interfaces involved in the agency business
Administration and maintenance of the software used in the agency business
Project work for process optimisation and digitalisation

Your profile:

Successfully completed studies in economics/legal sciences or (business) informatics
Several years of experience in the field of underwriting, as well as process and organisational understanding of underwriting procedures within an insurance or reinsurance company desirable
Independent working style and high problem-solving skills
Distinct social and presentation skills and confident manner towards internal and external customers
High IT affinity and practical knowledge of working with data analysis tools
Fluent in written and spoken German and English
