IT Expert Workplace Solutions *

Your tasks:

• Provision and operation of workplace solutions (e.g. M365/cloud, client operating systems, mobile device management, end-user software, network technologies)
• Assuming responsibility in technical and non-technical implementation and migration projects in the subject area of workplace solutions for more than 16000 users
• Work in interdisciplinary project teams consisting of internal and external employees
• Analysis of bugs, handling of incidents and problems
• Preparation and implementation of changes and support releases
• Participation in the further development of operating processes and their automation
• Recording and coordinating ideas, requirements and further developments in the Workplace environment

Your profile:

• Experience in the provision and operation of Workplace solutions (e.g. M365/Cloud, client operating systems, mobile device management, end user software, network technologies) desirable
• Experience in organizing transition & lifecycle projects and in the target technologies (Office365 suite, Citrix, Windows 10, Azure, etc.) desirable
• Open-mindedness for new topics, ideas and enthusiasm for the topic Workplace
• Enjoys innovation and helping to shape the workplace systems landscape
• High sense of responsibility and a strong focus on results and goals
• Strong, customer orientation and excellent communication skills
• Confident command of written and spoken English
