Your tasks:

Disciplinary, technical and organisational management of the German Cyber Hub
Development of a strategy for the German cyber market as well as its implementation
Assessing and underwriting cyber risks of national as well as global commercial and corporate clients
Developing a profitable cyber portfolio as well as new business opportunities by actively cultivating and expanding of broker and client relationships
Steering and further development of the policy administration service for cyber
Contributing to the further development of tools and expert systems for risk assessment and pricing of cyber products
Contributing to the development of training and qualification concepts

Your profile:

Completed studies in business administration, law, or comparable qualification with relevant professional experience in the field of cyber insurance
Experience with managing and developing employees in a leadership role
Strong technical know-how, in particular knowledge in the area of information technology or information security
Experience in successful negotiations, presentation skills, persuasiveness as well as a confident manner towards customers and sales partners
High sales orientation coupled with strong communication and teamwork skills
Very good written and spoken German and English, other foreign languages desirable
Willingness to travel
