Your tasks:

Lead or contribute to initiatives, starting with the strategic conception to their successful implementation aiming at rethinking insurance and IT
Support and consult the management including the Product Management Function of the agile IT delivery organisation in the context of digital transformation
Manage or contribute to strategic, interdisciplinary, and partly transnational projects within the scope of the digitalisation strategy
Intensive communication with all relevant stakeholders including planning and implementing workshops with participation of the top management
Create target-group oriented presentations and decision-making documents
Further develop the in-house consulting function with a focus on digitalisation and improvement of the insurance IT of HDI Global SE

Your profile:

Completed studies in economics , (business) informatics or a comparable qualification
Very good knowledge of project management and affinity for an agile way of working
Professional experience in the field of project management or experience from (IT) consulting companies desirable
Proven expertise in the area of digitalisation and/or the strategic further development of an IT portfolio towards a user-centric, modern application landscape
Professional contacts with the insurance industry advantageous
Strong analytical thinking skills as well as structured and conceptual way of working
Diplomatic skills and empathy coupled with the ability to deal with conflict and assertiveness on the other hand
Team spirit and entrepreneurial thinking
Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Fluent in written and spoken English
