Senior mathematician / actuary in claims reserving

Your tasks:

Performing actuarial analyses for technical provisions in the IFRS 17 and Solvency II context for our worldwide industrial insurance business, including the necessary communication with the stakeholder in headquarter and foreign units
Contributing to actuarial reports
Independently conducting projects in the context of actuarial activities
Performing tasks in regulatory reporting (QRTs)
Familiarising with the data world for claims reserving

Your profile:

Completed studies in mathematics, actuarial science or a comparable field of study
Several years of actuarial experience in non-life insurance
Member of the German Actuarial Society (DAV) or other international actuarial societies, or willingness to qualify as an actuary
High ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
Comprehensive knowledge of the MS Office package, in particular Excel and PowerPoint, as well as a programming language
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High enthusiasm
Very good written and spoken English and German skills or willingness to learn the German language
