Trainee Controlling

Your tasks:

Deep dive into the controlling of the various group segments within an 18-month trainee programme with subsequent permanent employment
You also get to know various interface areas within HDI Global SE (e.g. Investment Management, Risk Management, Portfolio Steering, ...)
Active participation as a fully-fledged team member and successive assumption of responsibility for selected topics in Controlling (e.g. analysis of data and formulation of recommendations for action for the business divisions, support in day-to-day operational business)
Participation in professional and individual, methodical and personal training measure
Working on new innovations and developing innovative ideas

Your profile:

Professional education (e.g. economics, mathematics comparable studies) or relevant work experience
Interested in financial steering and affinity to data and numbers
Ambitious and empathic team player
Interest in the development and simple presentation of complex topics
Open and solution-oriented mindset
Geared towards taking over new tasks and challenges
Capable to work in inter- departmental task force structures
IT Skills (MS Office), possibly programming capabilities
Fluent in English and ideally in German
