Trainee Cyber Specialist

Your tasks:

• Get to know Risk Engineering as well as Information Security Management throughout the Group in various Group subsidaries and at various locations within an 18-month trainee program with guaranteed transfer to a permanent employment relationship - as:
• Risk Engineer in the HDI Global SE segment with the aim of carrying out cyber security risk assessments with our industrial customers worldwide to analyze and evaluate and support the further development of their cyber security - or:
• Information Security Manager in the "Information Security Office" of Talanx AG with the goal of continuous improvement and control of the group-wide Information Security Risk Management
• Participation in technical, methodological and personal seminars and training measures in order to develop professionally and personally
• Gradual assumption of responsibility for tasks and project work on various topics under the supervision of a mentor, including in the assessment of cyber and information security risks
• Certification at the end of the program financed by the employer

Your profile:

• Graduate in IT, business informatics, (industrial) engineering or several years of experience in the field of informatics, cyber security, hacking with sound knowledge of information technology and IT security, ideally IT security management
• Project or process optimization experience desirable
• Fast comprehension, strong analytical and conceptual skills and highly structured, solution-oriented approach to work
• Strong interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills as well as a high degree of independence, initiative and commitment
• Ability to present complex issues simply and accurately
• Willingness to travel on business from time to time and to engage in continuous professional development
• German and ideally fluent English language skills, both written and spoken
