Your tasks:

Actuarial support to actuarial function of the Talanx/HDI Group
Cooperation and coordination with our international locations as regards the tasks of the actuarial function
Coordination of reserve review report
Development of methods and estimates for calculation of technical provisions
Preparation of the actuarial function report
Communication with the management board, actuarial offices, and regulatory authorities

Your profile:

Successful completion of graduate studies in (business) mathematics or an equivalent field of study with quantitative focus
Completed training for actuaries (DAV) is an advantage, or the readiness to undergo such a training
Earlier work experience in actuarial fields of a primary insurer or reinsurer desirable
Quick grasp, strong analytical skills, and entrepreneurial thinking
You enjoy coordination activities and cooperation with various interfaces of the group
Excellent communication skills at a wide variety of hierarchy levels
Good command of German, fluent in spoken and written English, especially in presentations
