Your tasks:

Responsibility for the operational and strategic development of the line of business overarching audit process (underwriting & claims) in a globally operating industrial insurer
Expansion of the "Audit Competence Centre" within the first & second line of defense
Steering of the audit community (lead auditors, auditors, auditees)
Establishment and further development of training and quality assurance formats
Supporting process improvement across all lines of business
Harmonising and simplifying the governance structure

Your profile:

Successfully completed studies (law, business administration, economics) and / or professional experience in an insurance company (underwriting / claims)
Responsible, structured and solution-oriented approach to work
Open, committed and communicative personality
Enjoys working in an international environment, has the ambition to create new solutions and enjoys improving working methods
Confident handling of common Microsoft Office applications
Very good command of English and fluent German
