Agency Controlling Delegated Authority Business in the Insurance Industry

Your tasks:

• Ensuring and monitoring the business partners for the delegated authority business of the HDI Global Specialty SE on the basis of internal and external compliance requirements, in particular the respective local supervisor
• Further development of the requirements from internal and external compliance perspective
• Cooperation with the interfaces from the Compliance and Legal service departments as well as our underwriting and claims managers
• Development and improvement of our reporting including analysis and evaluations
• Collaboration on internal and cross-departmental projects

Your profile:

• First or several years of professional experience in managing and monitoring sales / agency partners, desirable in the insurance industry or financial services sector
• Good presentation skills and confident manner towards our internal and external contacts
• Strong interest in process and organisational structures
• Independent and flexible pragmatic and solution-oriented way of working
• Open-mindedness and willingness to familiarise yourself with new topics
• Analytical skills
• Team player; very good team and communication skills
• Good written and spoken German and English (B2/C1)
