Your tasks:

  • Provide holistic and proactive support to the COO/CIO regarding both strategic activities and daily business
  • Prepare analyses and presentations on strategic topics leading up to Management and Supervisory Board decisions (e.g., digitalization strategy updates, agile transformation etc.)
  • Work on and assume responsibility for own (sub-)projects incl. holding own presentations on the respective topics (e.g., Industrial Internet of Things, Process Optimization etc.)
  • Coordinate and align with both internal and external stakeholders (e.g., other Board members, the COO’s/CIO’s direct reports etc.)
  • Support the COO’s/CIO’s internal and external communication (e.g., presentations for investors, regulatory authorities, townhall meetings etc.)

Your profile:

  • Master‘s degree, preferably in business administration, economics, IT or in a quantitative discipline or comparable work experience
  • Prior work experience in insurance and / or (IT) consulting
  • Very good conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in our organization
  • Proactive and results-driven personality
  • Strong communication skills and mastery of the English & German language (C1), other languages are a plus
