(Senior) Manager for Strategy- & Corporate Development

Your tasks:

• Further development of the strategy of HDI Global SE and support in the operational implementation by using the OKR methodology
• Participation in initiatives for the strategic development of HDI Global SE
• Providing impulses and sparring partners to the management for the further development of the company
• Management of significant strategic (e.g. cross-group or cross-market) projects on behalf of the Management Board
• Independent execution, preparation and presentation of research and analysis results
• Deriving strategic recommendations for action from trend, market and competition analyses
• Collaboration in international M&A projects

Your profile:

• University degree and several years of professional experience in the field of strategy and/or corporate development of a company (ideally an insurance company), a management consultancy and/or an auditing firm
• Distinct entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as very good analytical and conceptual skills
• High level of initiative, sense of responsibility and assertiveness
• Very good moderation and presentation skills, confident appearance, ability to work in a team and high communicative competence
• Intercultural competence in dealing with our foreign subsidiaries
• Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
