Your tasks:

Assume responsibility for own (sub-)projects incl. holding presentations on the respective topics and leading to Management Board decisions
Conceptualise and establish new reports, key performance indicators (KPIs) and processes for underwriting in cooperation with our major stakeholders (e.g., Chief Underwriting Officers, analytics & pricing teams)
Further conceptually design and roll out our underwriting strategy
Develop and realise the framework for an international underwriting community incl. best practice sharing
Continuous improvement and execution of existing processes and reports
Support our 10 international branches in all underwriting framework-related question

Your profile:

Bachelor or Master's degree, preferably in business administration, economics or in another related quantitative discipline
Prior work experience is a plus
Very good conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills
High level of commitment and ability to work effectively with people at all levels in our organisation
Proactive and results-driven personality
Strong communication skills and mastery of English language, German is a plus
