Your tasks:

Establish and monitor processes and service standards within the HDI Global Network to ensure the network quality remains on a high level
Serve as the interface between local and central departments in the context of international insurance programmes
Provide guidance on how to use the HDI Global Network and process multinational business
Strenghten the relationship with our internal/external partners
Main contact for all questions and requests related to international insurance programmes or the HDI Global Network
Conduct conceptual work to improve the overall performance of our partners and entities
Participate in projects and take on special tasks

Your profile:

Qualified insurance and finance specialist with relevant experience, or further training as a business administrator specialising in insurance and finance, or degree in economics
Professional experience in industrial insurance, preferably at an international level and with focus in the handling of international insurance programmes and reinsurance
Intercultural competence; experience abroad is desirable
Analytical and strategic thinking skills as well as a structured and conceptual way of working and a high level of commitment, pragmatism and resilience
Diplomacy and empathy along with conflict management skills and the ability to be assertive
Team spirit and high willingness to travel
Exceptional presentation and moderation skills
Fluent spoken and written English and German are absolutely necessary
