Your tasks:

Pro-active management of i.a. underwriting strategies, market trends, marketing and its execution together with local underwriting teams
Portfolio steering of local entities to insure long term profitability using KPIs and planning models
Linking point for local underwriting teams (i.a. underwriting topics, technical expertise, global coordination)
Supervising and ensuring quality of business operation (i.a. audits, governance, trainings, development of tools)
Facilitate and foster future-oriented change (striving for improvements)

Your profile:

Fun working in an international team of underwriting experts
Several years of experience in engineering underwriting with insurance or re-insurance companies
Very good analytical skills and solution-oriented approach to work
Fluent in written and spoken English, knowledge of German desirable, other foreign languages welcome
