Vendor Management Specialist (Insurance Claims)

Your tasks:

• Develop global vendor management standards and implement them together with our local claims teams in the HDI Global SE segment
• Develop and implement control frameworks and ensure awareness
• Monitor service quality and key performance indicators to ensure excellence
• Collaborate with our data and IT-development teams to establish, implement, and manage data reporting to performance manage and measure service provision
• Represent the interests of the overall claims function and major stakeholders
• Derive and own on-going service improvement initiatives with third parties and the wider company

Your profile:

• At least 5 years of experience in operational excellence with significant exposure to claims and claims procurement in P&C insurance and in global matrix organization
• Data-driven, fact-based, result-oriented, experience using analytical techniques to interpret data and build subsequent service / performance improvement plans
• Clear and effective thinking, acting and communicating
• Strong values of collaboration and team spirit
• Fluent in both English and German (verbal and writing)
