Reinsurance Accountant

Your tasks:
- Setup and development of a modern accounting structure for Talanx cedents e.g. in Latin America
- Verification and balancing of reinsurance data in order to process statements of accounts
and balances for Talanx AG and Talanx Reinsurance Broker - Quality management, coordination and on-time delivery of accounting data for internal and external clients
- Collaboration and support for the development and optimization of technical tools and applications used within the accounting process
- Communication with internal and external clients in an internationally formed environment
Accounting Reconciliation of reinsurance Statements of account - Development of standardization of the Accounting Process for Cedents
Your profile:
- Professional education (e.g. economics, comparable studies or qualification)
- Ideally work experience in Insurance and/or reinsurance, financial or technical accounting
- Ideally work experience with reinsurance accounting systems (ProRis, Re7, SAP FS-RI)
- Ambitious and empathic team player, geared towards taking over new tasks and facing new challenges
- Open and solution-oriented mindset
- Confident handling of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office software, familiar with tools to deal with large data set (SQL, Power-BI)
- Fluent in German and English, other languages as Portuguese, Spanish would be an advantage
