Regional Manager APAC

Your tasks:

Regional market management with support and management of the foreign units within the Asia Pacific business segment of HDI Global SE
Assisting in the development, implementation and monitoring of strategic targets
Providing sales support for the foreign units and coordinating sales partnerships
Supporting the broker relationship management activities of the business segment
Identification and analysis of new markets and companies
Collaborating and independently creating business plans
Assisting in the establishment of new branches and their integration into the company
Support in the acquisition of insurance companies or portfolios and participation/coordination of M&A activities and due diligence processes
Participation and independent project work as well as taking on special tasks

Your profile:

Cross-divisional expertise in the (international) industrial insurance business is essential, ideally also in the reinsurance business
Intercultural competence and sensitivity towards regional customs, affinity to the target region, preferably experience abroad
Diplomatic skills and empathy in correspondence with the ability to deal with conflict, stability and assertiveness
Knowledge of economic key figures, preferably also of M&A processes, and an entrepreneurial orientation/imprint
Experience in project management, agility and organization
Completed studies in economics or law or a comparable qualification
Analytical and strategic thinking skills, strong receptiveness and a structured/solution-oriented way of working
High level of (ad hoc) commitment, frustration-tolerant resilience and flexibility
Team spirit and willingness to travel
Fluent in written and spoken English, other foreign language skills are an advantage
