Head of ESG Underwriting Centre of Excellence

Your tasks:

Set up of new ESG unit in the international commercial business of HDI Global SE
Implementation of new ESG products
Hiring of new staff
Roll-out of products globally
Deliver to agreed business plan
Liaison with the Board on progress
Expand scope and scale of new unit

Your profile:

Experienced professional in the international commercial insurance business
Background in Environmental Liability Underwriting
Experience in developing new products
Leadership experience in a diverse workplace
Self-starter able to work against challenging deadlines
Flexible & creative
Willing to learn and get involved
Fluent in written and spoken English, further language skills and/or knowledge of German are an advantage
