Your tasks:

Responsibility for an IT solution in the area of international programmes in a globally operating industrial insurance company
Managing product development in an agile project context (Scrum, SAFe)
Development and communication of the product vision and product roadmap, taking into account the corporate strategy
Carrying out regular feedback cycles with the relevant stakeholders to adapt the product strategy and improve the user experience
Domain leadership of an agile Scrum team including budget responsibility
Active contribution in meetings at team and programme level such as planning, review or system demo in a scaled agile environment (SAFe organisation)

Your profile:

Bachelor's degree, preferably in economics, business informatics, insurance or a comparable degree programme
Previous experience as a product owner or agile manager
Ideally experience in the digitalisation of insurance processes, preferably in the area of contract management, underwriting or reinsurance
Strong ownership of product development, realising the product vision and increasing business value for our customers
Very good analytical skills and a holistic mindset as well as an independent and structured way of working
Excellent communication skills paired with a strong sense of self-initiative
Very good written and spoken English skills (at least C1 level)
