Your tasks:

Develop target picture for International Programmes (IP) reporting framework
Enhance reporting within HDI Global to support Lines of Businesses and branches to steer IP business
Facilitate understanding of IP data to improve transparency and ensure the dialogue between stakeholders
Monitor and communicate findings around IP business to provide strategic advice and facilitate decision-making
Engage closely with various teams (like data, finance, market management) to deliver valuable insights
Play an active role in the future direction of the business model for International Programmes

Your profile:

Succesfully completed university degree in business, controlling/finance or comparable qualification
Finance professional ideally with knowledge of international insurance business
Passion for data analytics and advanced, state-of-the-art reporting technologies
Curiosity and growth mindset: Willing to learn and grow in your new role
Responsible team player engaging well with others in an international and diverse team and sharing insights
Courage: Willing to tackle challenges with a strategic approach engaging with management on strategy
Simplifying complex data: You can make complex information easy to understand
Fluent English skills, German skills preferably
