Specialist Finance Governance & Transformation

Your tasks:

• We are looking for you as a Coordinator for the "Governance & Transformation" function in the Finance Department of HDI Global
• You will coordinate the implementation of strategic initiatives from the CFO agenda and support the OKR process
• You will provide cross-functional support for projects in the Finance Department and develop standards for efficient project management
• You will channel information from our stakeholders as a liaison for the Finance Department and ensure professional and target-oriented communication
• You will develop and implement communication formats, including the management of our global Finance Academy and Finance Community
• You will support the further development of our strategy and our Target Operating Model

Your profile:

• You have a completed degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
• You have relevant experience in the finance function or strategy department of an insurer or financial services provider
• You possess an affinity for governance and transformation topics and have experience in setting up and managing project management structures
• You are characterized by a very high level of initiative, results orientation, and excellent organizational skills
• You have strong communication and moderation skills, as well as enjoyment in a dynamic environment
• You have negotiation-level English language skills, both written and spoken
