Your tasks:

Conception and development of an external, global procurement management claims in the HDI Global SE segment
Implementation of market standards in cooperation with our local claims units
Developing and communicating control frameworks and ensuring compliance
Monitoring service quality and specific KPIs to ensure operational excellence
Creation, implementation and administration of standard reporting and performance measurements of external services in collaboration with our data and IT development teams
Continuous initiatives to improve external services
Representing the interests of the claims department as a whole and of key stakeholders

Your profile:

Several years of experience in the procurement management of an insurer
Experience in claims processing and/or purchasing in property and liability insurance
Experience in operational excellence ideally
Experience in the analysis and interpretation of data and the creation of concepts for process optimization
Experience and/or interest in working in a global matrix organization
Structured and effective thinking, communication and action
Team spirit, strong cooperative spirit and solution orientation
Fluent in written and spoken German and English
