Business Analyst Actuarial Reserving

Your tasks:
- Business Analysis: Analyze business requirements in the area of actuarial reserving, especially related to IFRS17
- Solution Design: Develop and maintain solutions using configuration or low-code tools (algorithms, data processing, reporting, workflows) to cover all actuarial services for IFRS17 related computations to replace the current subledger SAP IA
- Product Development: Support the Product Owner in developing and communicating the product vision and roadmap
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the agile Scrum team and external partners for successful project implementation
- Market Analysis: Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify trends and best practices
- Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders on a global level
- Meeting Support: Assist in planning, conducting, and following up on meetings at team and program level (e.g. planning, review, system demo)
Your profile:
- Education: Completed studies in mathematics, quantitative economics, computer science, or a comparable field
- Actuarial Knowledge: Sound knowledge of actuarial reserving processes and methods
- Experience: Professional experience as a Business Analyst, Insurance Financial Analyst, Actuary or comparable roles
- Data Affinity: Strong affinity with databases and data processing, experience with SQL
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and proven problem decomposition and problem solving skills
- Communication: Excellent communication skills and team collaboration
- Agile Methods: Experience with agile methods (Scrum, SAFe)
- Language Skills: Very good written and spoken English skills (at least C1 level)
